Drywall
Partition walls, suspended ceilings and wall linings, with sound insulation if required.

Herringbone parquet, restored floorboards, vinyl or laminate. We plan the transitions to adjoining rooms as well.

Tiling
Large-format or classic chequerboard, for floors and walls in bathrooms, kitchens and hallways.

Demolition & strip-out
Strip-out down to the bare shell. We take care of the disposal.

Period property renovation
We modernise while keeping what is worth keeping, such as floorboards, stucco and panelled doors.

Shop & commercial fit-out
Turnkey shops, practices and offices. We can work evenings or weekends if needed.

Facades
Render repairs and repainting so the facade is weathertight again.

Q1 to Q4: how smooth does the wall need to be?

Q1 is enough for tiles or coarse render. Q2 is standard for woodchip wallpaper and matt paint. Q3 is needed for fine wallpapers and smooth paints. Q4 means the entire surface is skimmed and sanded, intended for gloss paints and walls in raking light.
Rule of thumb: the more light falls across the wall from the side, the higher the level. We recommend the right level on site, so you don't pay for Q4 where Q2 will do.

Original floorboards are often 100 years old and still perfectly sound. Sanding is worthwhile if they are firmly fixed and enough wood remains above the groove after sanding.
Then the gaps are filled, loose boards are screwed down and the surface is oiled or sealed. This usually costs far less than new parquet.

A partition made of metal studs and plasterboard usually goes up in two to four days, because there is no mortar to dry. Insulated with mineral wool, it is soundproof enough for a child's room or a home office.
We plan sockets, switches and doors in from the start. Once plastered and painted, you can't tell it apart from a masonry wall.

How much does a renovation cost?
That depends on the size, condition and scope. After the free site visit you receive a transparent fixed-price quote with no hidden costs.
How long does it take?
Anything from a few days (plastering and painting one room) to several weeks (full renovation). You get the schedule together with the quote.
When can you start?
Usually within a few weeks of your go-ahead. The binding start date is stated in the quote.
Do you take on small jobs too?
Yes. A single wall, one room or a door gets the same care as a large project.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Berlin and the surrounding Brandenburg area, for example Potsdam, Bernau, Oranienburg and Eberswalde.
Which services do you offer?

What materials do you use?
We use high-quality branded materials for plaster, paint, drywall and tiles. We're happy to advise you on the options during the site visit.
Is there a guarantee?
Construction work is covered by the statutory five-year warranty from handover. If any defects appear in our work, we fix them.
How does payment work?
Fairly, in stages according to progress. The payment schedule is set out in the quote in advance.
